Villa Moricci
Coming to this villa on a small and winding access road lined by cypresses with a breathtaking look at the softly rolling hills of Tuscany, is fantastic.
The villa which was built in 1846 by the ancient noble family Rosselmini-Ricciardi from Pisa and was recently renovated entirely.
Villa Moricci offers four holidays flats which were furnished with the
fine taste of the Landlady un a typical Tuscan rural style.
MORAIOLO 2-4 PERS (60 m2)
A two-room flat in the ground floor with living-room with kitchenette,
dining area, and sofabed for 2 persons , a big bedroom with one single
and one double bed and bathroom with shower.
LECCINO 6 PERS (110 m2)
A four-room flat in the ground floor with big kitchen-living room (50
square meters) dining area, 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and one
with two single beds and 2 bathroom. From one of the bedrooms you get to
a terrace paved with Cotto. The holidays apartment is free of barriers
and suitable for disabled persons in the wheelchair
FRANTOIO 4-6 PERS (80 m2)
A three-room flat with kitchen-living room with dining area, and bed
sofa for 2 persons and two bedrooms with bathroom. The holidays
apartment offers a beautiful view.
PENDOLINO 2-4 PERS (55 m2)
A two-room flat in the first floor with living-room with kitchenette,
dining area, and sofabed for 2 persons , a big bedroom with double bed
and bathroom with shower.
The apartments Leccino and Frantoio have a dishwasher and all Appartments are equipped with toaster, microwave oven, heating and TV and have there own space outside with table , chairs and umbrella for al fresco dinners
The extensive outside area offers a BBQ under a commun loggia with
dining table, a children's playground and a swimming-pool (12,30x5,30
m) with sunroof and sunbathing area.
The next village is Peccioli (8 kms)
