Just before the road from Pisa winds up in the old Etruscan's city Volterra, you will find this beautiful natural stone house in the midst of the gentle hills, This Tuscan holiday villa offers a lot of comforts and a really beautiful garden with private pool and fantastic views.
The house is entirely fenced, with a shady Carport, it offers a big pool (6x12m) a heatable jacuzzi, pizza oven and Barbeque, table tennis, table football, 2 Mountain bikes, TV Sat., DVD and surround stereo, a piano (the owner is a musician) and fire-place. There are numerous beautiful footpaths around for you daily walks.
Dogs are welcome.

In the ground floor ther is the
spacious dining-room with fire-place, the full-equipped kitchen
(dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and microwave on inquiry), a
bathroom, a living room with bed sofa and a wintergarde which can be
applied as a bedroom with its private bathroom.
In the upper floor lie three bedrooms (two with double bed, one with two beds), two bathrooms.
