The holiday home Bini Is situated in the heart of Tuscany on a hill on the edge of the beautiful village Peccioli between Pisa, Volterra and Florence, surrounded by footpaths,vineyards, meadows and fields. Nevertheless, it is near the motorway to the sea , to Pisa or to Florence.

floor of the kitchen-living room with sofabed, fire-place, dining table
and well equipped kitchen corner, with oven and dishwasher.
From the kitchen a stair leds up to the bathroom and the double bedroom.
The former hay barn has been restored in the Tuscan style with old roof beams and the typical brick optics. Up to now the holiday home was inhabited by a young couple who loved its comforts. It is small and romantic chalet and the position in the olive grove is fantastic
