Villa Alessia is built at the feet of a woody hill, on the right bank of Era river, in a zone full of excursion paths that are between forests, rivers and gully, in the heart of a suggestive tuscan landscape.

It is located in the open country, completely gathered in the green tonalities, nearly to guard the local fauna, still numerous.

Rooms

 A the first floor are now three double rooms, all with attached bathroom. At the ground floor, where once was the stable, is now a comfortable hall where breakfast is served.

Near to the owner house, where is a little court characterised by an ancient fish pond which feeds a natural spring, where is a depandance whose restauration has been completed in April 2003. In this building are now three apartments, each with its own entrance, in order to garantee the maximun privacy of the guests. Each apartment has its own heating.

The apartment "Fonte" (4 2), is a three-roomed flat composed by:

two double rooms , supplied with their own bathroom. One bedroom room is in the ground floor with   an indipendent entrance on the back of the house and the other is  on the mansard. Both are connected to the dining room-kitchen, whose entrance is on the garden.

The apartments Frutteto" (2 2) and Noce (3 2) are two-roomed flats composed by:

One bedroom, and one dining-living room with kitchen corner an indipendent entrance with a private space in front of the apartment, with table, chairs and sunshade parasol. They really luminous, spacious and furnished with style.

Villa Alessiais at 5 km from the historical town Volterra, its position permits to the guests to get easily the sea (40 Km) and the main principal towns such as Siena (50 Km), San Gimignano (20 Km), Florence (90 Km) and Pisa (60 Km).
